ReSILab
ReSILab strives for enhancing BSR resilience to climate change impacts and disasters by increased capacities of institutionalized resilience stakeholders (research, government, private sector organizations, NGOs hereinafter IRS) and society to apply smart specialization (SS) approach. This will be achieved through introduction of cross-sectorial and multi-level smart and inclusive resilience knowledge and communication structure and e.tools for innovative multi-risk management, for setting of priorities for a better urban and territorial spatial planning, for improving definition of the strategy for climate change adaptation, and stimulating transferability of good and innovative practices. Improving BSRs capacities to assess regional assets for building place-based and evidence-based resilience management and spatial planning strategies, ReSILab supports fostering of SS approach application to address the societal challenges of climate change impacts and disasters.
